Overview
A completed measurement, a published report and what you see in the portal are not always the same thing. Measurements appear in the portal once they are published for your location, and reporting cadence can differ between accounts.
Where to look
- Check Scope first. Make sure the right location is selected.
- The top bar shows the Measurement month you are viewing, or "Measurement pending".
- Open Progress to see your measurement checkpoints. Select a checkpoint to view that measurement.
- Corporate users viewing an Authority Index scorecard can select View full report. The latest published report opens in a new browser tab. If nothing opens, allow pop-ups for portal.mygosh.ai.
Messages you may see
- "No full report has been published for this location yet." A full report has not been published for the selected location.
- "Awaiting studio data" Location-specific monitoring has not been collected yet.
- "First measurement" Only one measurement exists, so there is no change to show yet.
If a report you expect is missing
Contact GOSH AI Support with your account name, the location, and the report or measurement month you expected.
