Overview
The Client Portal is where you see your ARDI™ intelligence and open your ARDI™ tools. Navigation can vary by account and role, so your sidebar may not match another customer's exactly.
The top bar
- Scope: choose the location (or, for corporate users, all locations) you are viewing.
- Measurement: shows the measurement month you are viewing, or "Measurement pending".
- Your role, for example Administrator, Corporate or Franchise owner.
- Contact GOSH AI, Dark mode and Sign out.
Overview section
- Home: your score, Recommendation Share, the AI surfaces naming you, change since baseline, what matters next, and how each AI sees you.
- Progress: your measurement checkpoints over time, what changed, what is in flight, and what happens next.
- Custom Focus: send GOSH AI a request, such as an event or offer you want to promote. Select Submit Custom Focus to send it.
- ARDI™ Scorecard: your scorecard, with tabs for Overview, AI surfaces, Buyer questions and Competitors.
ARDI™ Tools section
Citation Presence, Content Engine, Intent Marketing, Review Intelligence and Design Studio open inside the portal. You do not sign in again, and each tool uses the location selected in Scope.
