Overview
Generating content does not publish it. Content Engine helps you create, prepare and approve content. Publishing remains a step a person on your team completes.
What each action does
- Copy: copies the caption so you can paste it into the social app.
- Download: downloads the image. You need to generate or upload an image first.
- Save draft: saves your work in the browser you are using. It is only available on that device and in that browser.
- Publishing schedule: record when each channel should post, using ARDI™ guidance or your own date and time, then select Save schedule. This records timing. It does not post anything.
- Approve & prepare: runs the ARDI Preflight checklist. Select Approve creative to approve it.
How publishing works
After approval, Content Engine confirms that publishing remains a human-controlled step. To publish, copy the caption and download the image, then post them in the social platform or Google Business Profile account you use.
If that doesn't work
If a saved draft is missing, make sure you are on the same device and browser where you saved it.
