What does the AIM Pre-Flight score mean?

How to read Pre-Flight results and use them to improve a campaign before launch.

Overview

Pre-Flight reviews each channel's campaign before launch. The score is decision support. It is not a guarantee of advertising performance.

What Pre-Flight checks

  • ARDI target fidelity
  • Brand fit
  • Platform fit
  • Conversion readiness

How to read the result

Each channel gets a score out of 100, a verdict, its top fix and any risk. The average across channels is shown at the top.

  • 80 and above: "Ready for launch review."
  • 65 to 79: "Review recommended improvements."
  • Below 65: "Fix flagged items before spending."

How to use it

  1. Read the top fix and risk on each channel card.
  2. Go back to Ad Studio to adjust the offer, concepts or channel choices.
  3. Select Retry on a channel, or Re-score all.
  4. Launch stays unavailable until Pre-Flight is complete for every selected channel.

If that doesn't work

  • "Cannot run Pre-Flight: no concepts for …" Generate concepts in Ad Studio first.
  • A channel shows "Needs attention". Select Retry on that channel.
