How do I reset my password?

Overview

You can reset your password yourself from the portal sign-in screen. GOSH AI will never ask you to send your password by email or phone.

Before you begin

You need access to the email inbox for the address on your GOSH AI account.

How to reset your password

1. Go to portal.mygosh.ai.
2. Type your email address in Email.
3. Select Forgot password?
4. You will see: "Check your email. If an account exists for [your email], a reset link is on its way."
5. Open the reset email and select the link. The portal opens on Set a new password.
6. Enter a new password of at least 8 characters in New password, then enter it again in Confirm new password.
7. Select Set new password.
8. When you see "Password updated. You can sign in now.", the portal returns to the sign-in screen. Sign in with your new password.

If that doesn't work

• "Enter your email above first, then tap Forgot password." Type your email in the Email field before selecting Forgot password?
• No email arrived. Check your spam or junk folder, and confirm you typed the same email address that is on your GOSH AI account. For security, the confirmation message looks the same whether or not an account exists for that address.
• "The two passwords do not match." Re-enter the same password in both fields.
• The link says it may have expired. See My password reset link doesn't work.
