ARDI™ Citation Presence helps you understand and strengthen the third-party sources that shape how AI discovers and recommends your business.
How to open it
Open Citation Presence from the ARDI™ Tools section of the portal. It works only inside the portal and needs one location selected in Scope.
Main areas
- Authority overview: a summary of your citation position.
- Identity & listings: check your listings. Use Get listed, I have a link and Confirm listing, or Run fresh sweep.
- Authority finder: find publications, media and podcast opportunities. Use Find more opportunities.
- Outreach pipeline: track opportunities from Identified to Coverage earned. Citation Presence does not send email for you. Use Mark outreach sent after you have actually reached out.
Common messages
- "Select a client location" Choose one location in Scope.
- "Still connecting to the Portal" Reopen Citation Presence from the portal.
- "The secure Portal session expired before this action could run." Reload the portal and try again.
