Eric Torres
Eric Torres is the founder of GOSH AI, the AI Recommendation & Discovery Intelligence platform built around ARDI™. He works with brands to measure and improve how AI systems discover, describe, cite, and recommend them across the buyer journey.
Eric has spent more than two decades across marketing, growth, and digital strategy disciplines. He started his career at NASCAR as a client relations manager, handling the UAW Ford account at Talladega Superspeedway. He learned the analytical side of marketing as one of four Global Communications Managers at Nielsen Media Research in Chicago, then went on to serve as Chief Marketing Officer at Hitch Crowdsourced Delivery and as the founder and principal of Brandiversity, a Tampa-based B2B and B2C growth marketing practice.
Across those roles, Eric has worked with multi-national clients, navigated every major shift in digital marketing, and built the analytical fluency he now brings to GOSH AI. ARDI™ is the next chapter: measurement infrastructure for the layer of discovery that's reshaping how buyers find and choose brands.
Magdalena Buchardt
Magdalena Buchardt is a strategist, writer, and advisor focused on AI visibility, brand authority, and high-value markets. She is helping lead the European rollout of ARDI™, GOSH AI's AI Recommendation & Discovery Intelligence platform.
She helps companies understand how they are discovered, described, cited, recommended, and chosen inside AI systems, often before a traditional search ever happens. Her work is especially focused on markets where trust, perception, and authority influence the final decision.
With a background in finance, marketing, and business coaching, and more than two decades of international experience, Magdalena combines analytical discipline with a strong understanding of how people and markets actually make decisions. Her approach is direct, practical, and focused on helping brands earn the authority to be selected when it matters most.
Ben Melland
Ben Melland leads the Assurance pillar of ARDI™, GOSH AI's AI Recommendation & Discovery Intelligence platform. He owns the systems that prove every Authority Index, Snapshot, and longitudinal signal GOSH AI publishes is reproducible, auditable, and defensible under enterprise scrutiny.
Ben brings more than 15 years of web performance and digital governance experience, most recently as Senior Web Producer at LIVCOR, a Blackstone portfolio company, where he owned the performance strategy for 300+ apartment websites operating as the primary acquisition channel for multi-family operators. His work there delivered a 7.02% lead-to-net-lease conversion rate, +7% lift in lead quality over benchmarks, 2 to 2.5x faster site speeds, and a 67% accessibility improvement across the portfolio.
At GOSH AI, Ben oversees the integrity of the Intelligence layer: reproducibility standards, score validation, model and prompt drift detection, and the audit trail that connects every published metric back to its source data. If a client, analyst, or regulator asks "how do you know," Ben's systems answer the question.
