Review Intelligence prepares a suggested reply for each review. Always read a reply for accuracy and tone before it is published.
How to review and edit a reply
- Open Review Intelligence and go to Google queue.
- Select a review. The ARDI™ draft appears with the review.
- Read the draft. To change it, select Edit.
- Make your changes, then choose Use my edit, or Keep ARDI™ reply to go back to the original draft.
Reviews that need facts
If a review shows "Held off Google until you confirm…", tick each fact on the checklist only after you have confirmed it. The reply cannot move forward until every item is confirmed.
Protected reviews
Protected reviews do not receive an ARDI™ reply. They are escalated to your team.
A suggested reply is not published just because it was generated.
